What Does the following X-ray Indicate? 

chest x-ray diagnosis from ER: stable elevation of the left hemidiaphragm. no airspace consolidation. no pleural efusion or pneomothorax. cardiomediastinal silhouette: stable other: mild thoracic levoscoliosis is unchanged. WHAT does all this REALLY mean???

I have gone through your X-ray report and i can understand your concerns.

I can assure you that the X-ray report you have described is perfectly normal and nothing abnormal in it to worry.
There is no mass lesions like tumors detected in this film, no signs of infection also.
No pleural effusion(fluid collection) is there and bony structures are also normal.
This is a perfectly normal X-ray and nothing to worry regarding this.
